肉松蒸蛋糕 steam pork floss cake

如果你突然想吃蛋糕,家里又没烤箱, 又不想大费周章,想在半小时里就可以吃到的蛋糕, 这款不油腻的肉松蒸蛋糕肯定适合你。

这也是在我家最快消耗完的蛋糕。 连我不喜欢吃蛋糕的女儿都喜欢吃。 她跟我说因为有肉。 哈哈。。

材料:

3鸡蛋(40g each) / 2 鸡蛋 (约55g each)
80g低筋面粉
75g 白糖
肉松适量
vanilla 香精1茶匙

做法:

1。把鸡蛋打至发白和浓稠(手沾蛋液时,几秒后才会滴下一滴,我时间算了大概3-4分钟,高速。
2。 白糖分3次分别加入
3。低筋面粉分次加入,拌均。
4。把一半面糊倒入,蒸约10分钟,
5。10 分钟后,铺上肉松。再倒入剩余的面糊。蒸至熟(竹签插入,如果不会湿,就是熟了,约15-20分钟)

注: 这蛋糕的分量不大,我用的是6” x 6" 的烤盘

Ingredients;
3 eggs (40g each) OR 2 large eggs (about 55g each)
80g cake flour
75g sugar
Pork floss
1tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Beat the egg till it becomes white and sticky, about 3-4 minutes, high speed.
2. Add the sugar into 1 above, three times separately.
3. Add in the cake flour and mix well.
4. Pour half of the mixture into cake tin (I used 6" x 6"), steam for about 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, add the pork floss on top of the cake, and pour in another half of the mixture. Steam until it is cooked (about 15-20 minutes).
