福州红糟鸭翅 foochow red wine paste duck wing

福州红糟鸭翅在我的家乡是一道很家常的菜色。由于它简单易做,又好吃,又下饭,所以是我家桌面上的“常客”。除了使用鸭翅,常见的包括五花肉和鸡肉,都一样好好吃。

需要的材料有:
鸭翅
红糟
姜片
生抽
糖, 盐, 水

做法:
爆香姜片,然后放入红糟,继续炒香,把鸭翅放入,翻炒, 加入其他所有调味料。焖至软,就好了。

Fozhou stew duck in red wine paste is a special dish of foochow. The paste can be used in lots of cooking including pork belly and chicken. It goes very well with rice.
Ingredients that we need:
Duck wing
Fuzhou red wine paste
ginger
soy sauce
salt
sugar
water

Method:
Fry the ginger, once it is fragrant, add in the fuzhou red wine paste, fry until fragrant again. Then add in the duck wing and continue frying. Then add in the salt, sugar and water, cook until it is soft, which is about 50 minutes.
