手拌式杯子蛋糕 Hand Mixed Cupcake

以下食谱可做8个杯子蛋糕

材料:
溶化牛油 100g
幼糖 50g
蛋 2个
自发面粉 100g

做法:
1。牛油隔水溶化/放入微波炉溶化
2。加入幼糖搅拌
3. 加入蛋继续搅均匀
4. 最后筛入自发面粉拌匀
5. 倒入纸杯7分满
6. 以180度烘25分钟

**** 根据你的烤箱自行调整, 我其实只用150度来烤。
*** 你可自行加入其他材料。我就用了巧克力豆和肉松。

The following is enough to make 8 cupcakes. Just use a spoon to mix. Electric mixer is not required.

Ingredients:
100g melted butter
50g fine sugar
2 eggs
100g self raising flour

Method:
1. Melt the butter in microwave
2. Add sugar and mix
3. Add eggs and continue to mix well
4. Finally shift in the self raising flour
5. Pour into the cup
6. Bake for 25 minutes, 180 degree.

*** Depends on the model of your oven, I actually use 150degree for 25 minutes.
