Cheesy Zuchini Pasta Slice


Ingredients:
½ cup dried spiral pasta
1 medium zucchini, grated
60g sliced ham
½ cup pizza cheese (I used shredded cheddar cheese)
90g self raising flour
2 eggs
30g vegetable oil
30ml milk


Method:
1.     Preheat oven to 180 degree fan – forced and grease the baking pan.
2.     Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling and salted water until tender. Rinse and drain well under cold water.
3.     Using hands, squeeze excess liquid from zucchini. Combine pasta, zucchini, ham, cheese and flour in a bowl. Add egg, oil and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and combine. Spread mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Serve.

TIP: You can also put some corn kernels and mushroom in it.
