Miso ramen / 味噌拉面

材料:
500毫升高汤
1小匙蒜茸
1小匙姜茸
1/2 小匙生抽
1小匙麻油
1大匙芝麻(磨碎)
1大匙味噌
面条(随意)

做法:
1. 在一个碗里, 把磨过的芝麻, 麻油,生抽放一起,拌均备用。
2. 在高汤里,加入蒜茸和姜茸, 煮滚。
3. 滚了之后,加入味噌, 再继续让它滚。
4. 汤煮滚后,倒入1 里,就是味噌汤了。
5. 把烫熟的面条放进味噌汤就可以了。

注:
*** 什么样的味噌才好吃呢?曾经看过一个人写过,越贵的越好吃。个人觉得好像蛮对的。
** 味噌拉面里头的料可自行加。例如:炸鸡块,叉烧肉等等
* 溏心蛋,水滚了之后,把蛋放进水里,中火煮6-7 分钟。(我用了6.5 分钟)

Ingredients:
500ml chicken stock
1tsp ginger paste
1tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil
1tbsp sesame (ground the sesame first)
1tbsp miso
noodle (any type you like)

Method:
1. Mix the grounded sesame, soy sauce and sesame oil.
2. Add the ginger and garlic paste to the chicken stock and bring to boil.
3. After it is boiled, add in the miso and keep boiling
4. After it is done, pour the soup to 1 and that is your miso soup for the ramen.
5. Finally add the cooked ramen.

Tip:
*** What type of miso is better? The most expensive the miso, the better the taste is.
** You can add whatever you like in the miso ramen, For eg: fried chicken pieces, char xiu pork, grilled pork etc
* The egg, add the egg in the boiled water, and boil for 6-7 minutes under medium heat. (I had used 6.5 minutes).
