材料有:
蛋面
五花肉
鸡蛋
耗油
大葱
生抽
老抽
盐
芥兰
做法:
先炒鸡蛋,然后爆香大葱,然后加入五花肉,炒至半熟。
接着加入面条,然后倒入所有调味料。最后我才放芥兰,反正它很快就熟了。

Egg Noodle
Pork Spare Ribs
Egg
Oyster Sauce
Onion
Soy sauce and Dark soy sauce
salt
vege of your choice
Method:
Fry the egg first, then add the onion and then pork spare ribs.
Then add in the noodle and all the sauces and salt. The vege will be the last (anyway it cooks so quickly).
