大阪烧 Okonomiyaki
材料:
Mayonise
Okonomiyaki Sauce
60g Okonomiyaki 粉 + 100g 水
柴鱼片
300g 甜包菜
火腿条/鱿鱼/虾仁
做法:
1. 60g Okonomiyaki 粉 + 100g 水 拌均
2. 包菜切丝,加入火腿条/鱿鱼/虾仁,然后加入1里,用汤匙搅拌均匀。
3. 分成两份,放入平底不粘锅内,煎熟。(每边约5分钟)
4. 盛盘,涂上okonomiyaki sauce, 挤上mayonise,铺上柴鱼片,就好了。
家庭版,超级简单,也很好吃。味道绝对不输外头吃的。
