我们在澳洲这里，学生的书包是没有书的。他们只装便当盒和水壶。 学校里又没有微波炉，所以每次都必须装一些不用热，冷吃也好吃的便当。我觉得很多的父母在准备孩子吃的东西都挺头痛的，所以我就会放更多的便当“专辑”。希望可以帮到父母们。
In Australia, there is no book in school bag, not like Malaysia, students have to carry a very heavy bag. In Australia, there are only two things in the bag - lunch box / bento and the drink bottle. I found a lot of parents find it hard and some also struggle a bit to prepare lunch box for the kids. We cannot prepare hot food as there is no microwave in the school. Therefore getting something which children are easy to grab, to eat, and nice to eat when it is cold is important. I had also created a facebook purely for the bento if you are interested.
Lunch box for the day
- Sliced apple (soak in salt water for two minutes to prevent it becoming brown)
- home baked pork floss sponge cake
- a box of milk
- one mini pie
今天的便当：
- 切片苹果（把它泡在盐水里两分钟，这样它就不会便褐色）
- 肉松蛋糕
- 一包鲜奶
- 一个迷你派
