需要的材料有:
50克炸葱
30克红葱头
20克蒜头
70克生抽(建议使用龟甲万酱油)
1/4小匙五香粉和胡椒粉
1大匙糖
200克肉碎
400克五花肉
1大匙油
500克水
在这里,我加了五花肉,这样吃起来没那么干,口感更好一点。煮的时间大约在30-45分钟左右。由于里头加了红葱头,煮的越久,就越香浓,好吃。当然,在煮的过程里面,一定要注意水分。你可以煮多一点,把它放在冷冻柜里,想吃的时候,热一下就好了。
