宫保鱿鱼 How to cook Perfect Kung Pao Squid
材料有:
1大匙黑醋
2大匙生抽
1小匙老抽
1大匙糖
1大匙米酒
玉米粉水(1小匙玉米粉+2大匙水)
2鱿鱼
花生
葱段
干辣椒
花椒
姜片
蒜片
Kung Pao squid ingredients
1tbsp black vinegar
2tbsp soy sauce
1tsp dark soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp cooking wine
Corn water flour (1tsp corn flour + 2tbsp water)
2 squids
sichuan pepper corn
ginger slices
garlic slices
spring onions
