Banana Cake 香软香蕉蛋糕


Ingredients 
90g Canola or sunflower oil
70g castor sugar
1 large egg
125g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 medium sized bananas, mashed with a fork (about 160g)
25g milk
1/4/tsp vanilla extract   

Method: 
  • Beat egg and sugar till light and creamy
  • Add milk, mashed bananas, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well
  • Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda and pour into the wet ingredients. Mix well. (Do not over-mix)
  • Pour into a pan / tray
  • Bake at 175C for about 25 - 30 minutes, or until cooked.  

Tip: It will be better to use over riped bananas.






材料:

90 葵花油
70 砂糖
1 鸡蛋
125克普通面粉
1/2小茶匙发粉
1/2小茶匙发苏打粉
2香蕉, 用叉子捣碎 (160g)
25毫升牛奶 / 淡奶
1/4小茶匙香草精  

  
做法:

  • 打发鸡蛋和砂糖 .
  • 加入牛奶,捣碎的香蕉,油,香草精。混合均匀
  • 筛过普通面粉,发粉和苏打粉。 然后加入湿材料里。 搅拌均匀(不要过度搅拌)
  • 把面糊倒入烤盘
  • 入预热好175度的烤箱,烤约25 - 30分钟,或至熟。
