Steamed mushroom chicken 香菇蒸鸡


Ingredients;
5 big chicken drumstick
6 shitake mushrooms
3 big ginger slices
2 tbsp cooking wine (I didn't put this)
1/2tsp salt
2tsp sugar
2tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sauce
4tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp sesame oil

** you can add more / less sugar or salt according to your taste

method:

1)remove the chicken bone and cut the meat into cubes. (You can use chicken thigh to be easier). Soak the shitake mushroom until it becomes soft and cut into small pieces.

2)put the chicken, ginger into a big container / bowl. Then add cooking wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes or more.



3)In the wok, add oil, heat the wok and put the mixture into the wok. Stir fry for about 1.5 - 2 minutes then add in shitake mushroom. Continue to stir it for another 1.5 - 2 minutes


4)Turn off the gas, and put into a steamer and steam it for about 15 mintues.


5)Put some sesame before serving.
