Hokkien Noodle / 福建炒面

Ingredients:
1 tsp Chopped onion
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
500g Hokkien Noodle
Prawn/pork/beef/chicken & vege
1tbsp dark soy sauce
2tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Method:
1.  Fry chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add in Prawn/pork/beef/chicken and keep stir fry until half cook
3. Add Hokkien noodle and then add all the sauces, high heat.
4. Put vegetable of your choice

Tips:
Add in some water if it is too dry. It also helps to soften the noodle quicker.

洋葱碎
蒜米
福建面
/猪肉/牛肉/鸡肉 (随意)
生抽
老抽
蚝油

做法
1把洋葱碎和蒜米炒香。
2加入肉类/虾,炒至半熟
3放入福建面,生抽,老抽和蚝油,继续大火炒。炒的当中可以适当的加点水。
4最后才放进喜欢的菜如油菜。
