一直想要做猪扒,可是每想到需要用到大量的油后,我又打退堂鼓了。买了气炸锅后,我终于做了这个日式咖哩猪扒。这个食谱真的超容易,省时又好吃。
材料
洋葱切碎
萝卜切小块
400克猪扒
2块(2 cubes)日式咖哩块
面包糠适量
面粉适量
水
1颗鸡蛋
腌料:生抽,胡椒粉,米霖(mirin), 料酒
做法
1. 用肉锤把猪扒弄松(我没有肉锤,所以我用刀背)。
2. 用以上腌料把猪扒腌1个小时。
3. 在等待的过程,先煮咖哩汁。把洋葱碎炒出香味,放入咖哩块和水,然后萝卜。 在煮的过程当中要不停的搅拌以防粘锅。如果太浓稠,可以加入适量的水。
4. 猪扒沾上面粉,然后鸡蛋,再上面包糠。直接放入气炸锅,以180度炸10-13分钟。
5. 摆盘,淋上咖哩汁。

Method:
1. Use the meat tenderizer to softens the meat
fibers (if you don’t have the
meat tenderizer, you can use the knife blade
as well)

Use the marinate ingredients to marinate
the pork chop for an hour
3.
While waiting, cook the curry
sauce. Fry the onion until fragrant, add in curry cubes and water, then carrot. Keep stirring while cooking to prevent pan sticking. Add in more water if it is too
sticky.
4.
Coat the pork chops with plain flour,
then egg and finally the bread crumbs
5.
Put in the air fryer, 180 degree for 10-13 minutes.
6. Serve
with rice and pour the curry sauce on the top of the pork chop.
