又是懒惰的一天。 不想煮,不想收拾厨房。 所以我又用了气炸锅来‘炸’鸡肉。 非常简单, 没什么功夫。就用了Nando 酱把鸡肉腌一腌,就好啦。 早上去上班之前腌了鸡肉, 放工回来把它放进锅里, 180度炸12分钟,然后200度再炸5-8分钟。
Another lazy day, don’t want to cook, don’t want to clean. So, again I used the air fryer to fry chicken. It is a very easy recipe without much effort but it tastes so nice and crispy.
Before going to work in the morning, I used Nando sauce to marinate the chicken, when I come back from work, I just have to put it in the fryer, with 180 degree, 12 minutes and adjust to 200 degree and continue frying for another 5 – 8 minutes.
