Fried Chicken with Nando sauce / 炸鸡



又是懒惰的一天。 不想煮,不想收拾厨房。 所以我又用了气炸锅来鸡肉。 非常简单, 没什么功夫。就用了Nando 酱把鸡肉腌一腌,就好啦。 早上去上班之前腌了鸡肉, 放工回来把它放进锅里, 180度炸12分钟,然后200度再炸5-8分钟。



Another lazy day, don’t want to cook, don’t want to clean. So, again I used the air fryer to fry chicken.  It is a very easy recipe without much effort but it tastes so nice and crispy. 

Before going to work in the morning, I used Nando sauce to marinate the chicken, when I come back from work, I just have to put it in the fryer, with 180 degree, 12 minutes and adjust to 200 degree and continue frying for another 5 – 8 minutes.

炸好后,留下好多的油啊。 想想如果这是一道用油炸的鸡肉,那可真不敢想像吃进肚子里的油啊。
Look at the oil left after you fried the chicken. OMG, so much oil. Can you imagine how much oil is going to your stomach if you actually deep fried your chicken?
