Method:
1.Used the boiled water to clean the pork bone first.
2. Boil the pork bone in the pot for 15 minutes.
3. Put the carrot and pickled mustard tuber after 15 minutes and keep boiling for another 15 minutes.
4. Last, put in the fish ball and boiled for another 10 minutes.
Tip: Quantity of salt to put will depend on the types of pickled mustard tuber you used. Therefore you must taste first before you add any salt as some of the pickled vege are very salty already.
材料:
萝卜
鱼丸
猪骨
榨菜
做法:
用热水川烫猪骨,去血水
猪骨放入锅里,滚15分钟
再放入萝卜和榨菜,继续滚约15 分钟
最后放入鱼丸,滚10 分钟就可以了。
温馨提示: 有些牌子的榨菜本身就很咸了。那你就可以不用放盐了。否则就放一点吧。
