Steam Spare Ribs / 豆鼓蒸排骨

Ingredients:
500g spare ribs
1tbsp Chinese salted plum
1tsp chopped garlic
Chopped shallot
1/3tsp salt.

Marinate ingredients
1tbsp corn flour
1.5tbsp soy sauce
1.5tsp sugar

 Method:
1. Cut the spare ribs into small and bite sized cubes.
2. Use the marinate ingredients to marinate the spare ribs at least one hour. (I marinated for 3 hours)

3. In a wok, add oil and fry the garlic and chinese salted plum and then add the marinated spare ribs in the wok and give it a quick stir.
4. Remove the 3 above into a steamed plate and steam it for 6-8 minutes. It will become less tender if you steam more than that.
5. Sprinkled the chopped onion on top.





材料
500克猪肉排/排骨
1大匙豆鼓
1小匙蒜蓉
青葱适量
盐适量

腌料
1大匙太白粉
1.5大匙生抽
1.5大匙糖

做法
1.把肉排/排骨切小块
2.用以上腌料腌肉排/排骨至少1小时。(我腌了3小时)
3.热油锅,炒香豆鼓和蒜蓉。然后把腌过的肉排/排骨放入锅内翻炒一下。
4.盛起,装入蒸盘,蒸6-8分钟。
5.撒上青葱。

温馨提示:
豆鼓本身就会咸了,所以生抽和盐需适量。我第一次蒸,用了10分钟,结果肉老了点。7-8分钟我觉得刚好。第二次蒸用了8分钟。











想到这么简单,我问老公,和你在点心楼吃的会一样么?他说嗯。(忙着吃到说不出话来)哈哈,太开心了。我会去做这道点心也是因为他很爱吃。每次去点心楼也 是不会错过的。一盘不够,还要两盘。另一个不会错过的点心是鼓汁凤爪。我想去外头吃那么贵,倒不如自己做,便宜很多呢。吃到很爽。嘻嘻
