材料
半公斤牛腩
姜片
3大匙柱侯酱
1小匙砂糖
2条红萝卜
水适量
做法
1.把牛腩洗净,切块。
2.把姜片爆香。
3 把牛腩,红萝卜都放进锅里略炒一下。
4 加入适量的水(盖过牛肉),煮滚后,加入柱侯酱和砂糖。
5 继续小火焖煮至牛腩变软,收汁。
你也可以用白萝卜代替红萝卜。

Method:
1.
Wash beef brisket and cut into cubes
2.
Fry the ginger slices until fragrant
3.
Add beef brisket and carrots and fry for 2 minutes.
4.
Add in enough water (cover the beef brisket), high heat. After boiling, add in
the marinate sauce and sugar.
5.
Turn to low heat and continue cooking until the beef brisket become
tender.
You can use white radish to replace carrot.
