又是牛扒 / Steak again

Steak again. My husband favourite. However, this time we put it into the air fryer and 'fried' for 8 minutes and it comes out fabulous.


又是牛扒的一天。没办法,我老公太爱牛扒了。但是今次,我们不用平底锅煎,我们把它放进气炸锅里,‘炸’个7- 8 分钟,就好了。超简单。而且我发现用气炸锅煮牛扒可以锁住它的水份哦。

当然在煮之前,腌制的功夫是不可少的。我们用了盐和黑胡椒粒。
