懒人鸡饭 / Easy Chicken Rice



材料:
2 个大鸡腿      
200ml白米
2颗小葱头(切碎)
1大匙蒜米
1小匙姜丝/姜茸
1大匙牛油
盐少许


鸡肉沾酱:
1大匙姜茸
1大匙蒜茸
1大匙生抽
1小匙耗油
½小匙麻油


做法:
1.起锅放牛油,爆香葱头,蒜米,姜丝
2.加入沥干了的白米,翻炒大概1分钟
3.将炒好的米放进饭锅里
4.加入适量的水和盐
5.把鸡肉放在饭锅用的蒸盘上
6.开启饭锅的电,向平常煮饭一样。等饭熟了,不要开盖,继续让它在焖/30分钟。这时饭熟了,肉也熟了。
7.肉拿出来,斩块,抹上盐和麻油。

温馨提示
煮饭的水可放比平常少一点,因为,肉蒸了,肉汁还会往下滴
鸡肉放在蒸盘里,不要重叠,以免不熟。你可在肉上切几刀,让它比较容易熟。




Ingredients:

2 chicken maryland

200ml jasmine rice
2 red onion (Chopped)
1tbsp garlic (Chopped)
1tsp ginger paste
1tbsp butter
pinch of salt


Dipping Sauce

1tbsp chopped ginger /ginger paste
1tbsp chopped garlic / garlic paste
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp oyster sauce
1/2tsp sesame oil 

Method:
1. Melt the butter in the wok, fry the red onion, ginger and garlic till fragrant
2. Add in the rinsed jasmine rice, fry for about one minute
3. Put the fried jasmine rice in the rice cooker
4. Add in pinch of salt and water
5. Put the chicken in the steam tray (for the rice cooker)
6. Start cooking like how you normally cook rice. When it is cooked, do not open, let it sit there for another 30 minutes.At this time, the rice is cooked and the chicken is cooked too.
7. Take out the chicken, cut into pieces and apply some salt and sesame oil to it to taste. 


Tips:
The water used in the rice can be a bit less than normal. This is because when you steam the chicken, the juice from the chicken will drop into the rice.
Do not overlap (put only one layer) the chicken in the steam tray so that it is easy to cook.
