鸡肉腊肠盖饭 / steamed chicken sausage rice


This is a very easy meal to cook. I like it because there is not much cleaning after cooking.

First, marinate the chicken slices with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper for 10 to 15 minutes. 

Then arrange the chicken, the sliced chinese style pork sausages, and the green vege on top of the cooked rice. 

Steam over high heat for around 15 minutes and finally garnish with chopped shallot.

Easy and done!  


超级简单的一餐。 最好的是煮完了也没有太多的清洁工作, 真是太好了。

首先,用姜丝, 蒜米, 生抽,耗油,麻油,盐, 和一点的胡椒粉把切丁的鸡肉腌10 – 15 分钟。
 
然后, 在煮熟的白米饭上排好鸡丁, 腊肠和青菜。

大火蒸15 分钟,最后洒上一些青葱。

是不是很简单呢? 简单但又不失美味的一餐。
