在唐人铺里,有好几个肉骨茶的牌子。吃了好些个,还是觉得这个最好吃,最有味道。当然价钱相对来说也比较贵。
非常简单的煮法。当了妈妈和老婆,又是一个全职上班族,想要偷懒,又可以煮一顿好吃,简单的晚餐, 真的很不容易。这个肉骨茶往往是很好的选择。
早上起床,把排骨用滚水汆烫一下,肉骨茶料包一包,蒜头半粒, 一点的蚝油,老抽和水一起放入电锅,傍晚回来,把青菜洗一洗,切一切,丢进锅内再滚一下,放盐调味就可以吃了。
喜欢的话还可以放一些油条进去。不过我们这里油条可贵得很,所以,省了。
In chinese store, there are a few type of bakuteh brand. I found that
this is the best one that I have ever tried. However, the price of
course is dearer than others.
Being a full time employee, a
mother and a wife, wanting to cook something easy yet delicious is not
an easy job. Therefore bakuteh is one of the alternatives in some days.
Waking up in the morning, boiled the pork ribs, drain it, put one
package of bakuteh ingredients, half of garlic, a bit dark soy sauce,
oyster sauce and water into the slow cooker. When you finish work in the
evening, cut and add some more vege and salt to taste and let it boil a
little bit before serving. No cleaning hassles, no big jobs and yet it
taste so good.
