蒸鳕鱼 / steam cod fish

材料
鳕鱼
姜切丝
红萝卜切丝

生抽
葱一条切丝(采用白色部分)


做法:
1. 先用盐把鱼身抹一遍。放置15 分钟。
2. 铺上红萝卜和姜丝。淋上约2大匙的生抽,放进水滚了之后的蒸锅里
3. 蒸熟后,(约6-8 分钟)拿出来,把切丝的葱摆上去。
4. 最后,烧热2大匙油,淋在鱼身上,就好了。

Ingredients:
Cod fish
Shredded ginger
Shredded carrot
Salt
Soy Sauce
Oil
Shredded Spring Onion (use the white part)

Method:
1. Use your hand to apply the salt on the fish body.
2. Lay the shredded ginger, carrot and about 2tbsp of soy sauce on the fish. Then put in the boiled steamer.
3. Once it is cooked (about 6-8 minutes), put the shredded spring onion on it.
4. Finally, heat 2tbsp of oil (must be hot enough) and pour onto the fish and serve.
