超级推荐之土司边 / Super Recommended butter bread crust

When you eat bread / toast, do you normally eat the bread crust? Honestly, I don't. I throw it. But it seems like very wasteful. But what can you do with it? This butter bread crust is something that I made and it is super delicious and I am sure that you will like it.

Ingredients:

butter
castor sugar
bread crust
(the quantity depends on how much you make)

Method:
1. Melt the butter in the microwave.
2. Dip each single bread crust in the butter
3. Put in the oven, 180 degree (alternatively put in air fryer), until it turns crispy / a bit golden in colour. For those who do not have oven, you can fry in the wok until it is dried and crispy.
4. After the bread crust become dried and crispy, take it out and put them in the wok. Add sugar and fry till the sugar all melted. (The quantity of sugar depends on how sweet you want).

在我家,每次吃面包,我们都不吃土司边。最近还爱上了造型面包。这些面包只用到白白软软的面包,土司边 - 丢。 你是否也是像我一样? 可是好像又觉得有点浪费,尤其什么东西都起价。那怎么办?今天起,你不再浪费了,因为这个超级好吃之土司边肯定让你爱上它。

材料:

牛油
砂糖
土司边
(材料分量可以根据你做的分量)

做法:
1. 牛油隔水/微波溶化
2. 把每一根土司边沾上牛油。
3. 放进烤箱/气炸锅,180度,烤至酥脆/一点焦黄即可。(没有烤箱的人,你可以放在炒菜的锅里,炒之干/脆为止。
4. 面包干/脆之后, 从烤箱拿出来,放在锅里,撒上砂糖,翻炒至糖溶化。(砂糖的分量随意,看你喜欢多甜)。

这样就好了,很简单是吗?而且很好吃
