其实我经常做烧卖。 但是却从来没有写过其做法。原因? 我也不知道。 哈哈。 孩子都很喜欢吃烧卖。烧卖放在便当盒里是最适合不过的了。 因为它可以热吃,也可以冷吃。

一茶匙玉米粉 / 1tsp corn flour
25张云吞皮 / 25 pieces wonton wrapper
一些红萝卜泥 / shredded carrot

做法:
1。超简单,就把所有材料放进料理机,混匀就可以了。如果没有料理机,所有东西切碎后,用筷子一个方向搅打至有粘性。
2。 云吞皮的四个角剪去,成圆形。把馅料包起来。铺上红萝卜泥,上锅蒸18分钟

2. Cut the edge of wonton wrapper so that it becomes a round wrapper. (do not use the dumpling wrapper although it is in round shape because the skin is thicker).
3. Wrap all the ingredients, put the shredded carrot on top and steam for 15 minutes.
