Non Bake Kek Batik / Batik Cake with chocolate ganache
马来西亚出名的糕点,一个不用烤箱就可以制作的糕点。成功率非常高, 但是要注意全程都必须小火来搅拌。
需要的材料有(底层):
300克玛丽饼
150克牛奶
120克milo
100克炼奶
2大匙可可粉
1个鸡蛋
200克牛油
上层:
150克鲜奶油
100克巧克力
温馨提示:
** 奶油先融化,融化之后必须让他冷却一点,才加入鸡蛋。否则你的鸡蛋因为太热会结块。
** 我不是一个喜欢太甜的人,100克炼奶对我来说刚好,喜甜的人可以适量多加炼奶。
Kek Batik / Batik cake is a Malaysia non bake cake / desserts which is very easy and delicious. NO OVEN is required. The main ingredients for this kek batik is milo and marie biscuit. Top with chocolate ganache, chocolate lovers just can't get away with this desserts.
Ingredients required (bottom part):
300g marie biscuit
150ml milk
120g milo
100g condensed milk
2tbsp cocoa powder
1egg
200g butter
chocolate ganache:
150g fresh cream / thickened cream
100g chocolate
Notes:
** First step is to melt the butter. Let the butter cool down a little bit first before adding the add and all the other ingredients. If your butter too hot, your egg will clumps when you add in the egg.
** I am not a very sweet person. 100g of condensed milk is sweet enough for me. If you love very sweet dessert, please add the condensed milk accordingly.
