Stuffed Mushrooms 酿蘑菇
简简单单却不失美味的酿蘑菇。利用了气炸锅来制作,缩短了烤箱预热的时间。如果没有气炸锅的人,当然也可用烤箱来制作。一下的分量可以制作10颗酿蘑菇
所需材料:
200克五花肉
4-5只大虾
1/4茶匙白胡椒粉
1/2茶匙麻油
1大匙耗油和生抽
10颗蘑菇/口蘑
适量青葱
Quick and Easy stuff mushroom - with pork mince and prawn. Great idea for party, snack, dinner/lunch. I did this using an air fryer. For those who do not have air fryer, you can use oven. Ingredients (to make 10): 200g pork belly 4-5 big prawns 1/4tsp white pepper 1/2tsp sesame oil 1tbsp soy sauce and oyster sauce 10 button mushroom Generous amount of scallion / spring onion
