2 eggs
1 bowl of cooked overnight rice
1tsp of chopped onion
1.5 tsp soy sauce
Pinch of salt
sliced fish cake
vegetable
50g luncheon / pork / bacon
Method:
1. Heat the oil in the wok.
2. Pour the beaten egg in the wok and slightly scramble them.
3. Put the chopped onion and stir it till fragrant.
4. Put the rest ingredients - sliced fish cake, pork/luncheon/bacon
5. Add rice and stir fry it until all the rice are separated from each other.
6. Finally add vegetable, soy sauce and a bit of salt.
7. Served.
Tip:
- Use the long grain rice instead of short / medium grain. The rice must be cool down completely before you start cooking. Therefore I always use the overnight cooked rice.
- DO NOT put the soy sauce directly on the rice. You need to put the sauce slowly around the wok so that it creates the slightly burnt smell which gives you the fried rice flavour.
- You can add whatever you like. Eg: prawn, chicken, frozen mixed vege etc.

做法
1.
热油锅。
2.
打入鸡蛋,快速搅拌。然后放入洋葱,炒至香。
3.
把其他材料放入锅内,继续炒至半熟。
4.
倒進白飯炒勻。邊炒邊下適量的鹽和生抽。
温馨提示
- 一定要用隔夜饭。
- 不要直接把生抽倒在饭上。 正确做法应该是顺着锅的边缘慢慢倒下。 这样会制造一点点的焦味。 炒饭会更有味道。
