把所有东东都丢进slow cooker里, 晚上放工回来我就有一顿非常开胃的菜肴咯。。虽然照片并不诱人,但却是老公和女儿都爱的一道菜。
只因本姑娘没有艺术细胞,并不懂得拍专业的照片。 呵呵。。最重要的是煮完,吃完, 厨房还是干干净净,省了我很多清洗,收拾的时间。
I love cooking but I don't like the huge cleaning comes after cooking, especially with the porcelain tiles I have in my house. After cooking, you can see all the footprints and the oil prints on the floor which really makes me uncomfortable.
There are days when I don't feel like cooking or cleaning especially after an exhausted days from work. The recipe below is always my good choice. Both my husband and my daughter loves it (though it doesn't look good in the picture). ^-^
Wake up in the morning, put everything (the pickled vege, the pork belly and 3-5 cloves of garlic) in the slow cooker and I can then enjoy a nice and warm dinner after work.
Ingredients:
Pickled vege (shown in the picture below)
500g pork belly
3-5 cloves of garlic
Little bit of dark vinegar if you prefer a more sour flavour
About 2tsp soy sauce / a bit of salt to make the flavour
water (just enough to cover the pork)
Method:
1. Wash and cut the pickled vege into small slices.
2. Cut the pork belly into small slices
3. Put all the ingredients in slow cooker and that's it!!!
