Rice Vermicelli with clams /

。。 (得意中。。。。)

I cook this rice vermicellli for our lunch the next day. During dinner time, I took a bit for him to taste. He then look at his lunch box and said "so little for tomorrow?" What? I had already given him a big box and yet he complains little?! But at the same time, I feel proud and happy because in other words - it is NICE.

Ingredients:
1/2 package of Rice Vermicelli
Onion
1 egg
Prawn
Chicken
Clams

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the wok.
2. Fry the egg, follow by onion until you smell the fragrance.
3. Add in chicken and prawn until half cook.
4. Add in the rice vermicelli and keep frying. You can add in some water in between if it gets too dry. (I find it easy to fry when you add some water in it)
5. Finally add in the clams together with the soya sauce in the claims.

Tip:
  • You can put whatever ingredients you like. Eg: Pork / beef instead of chicken. You can add some vegetable if you want.
  • If you are using the soya sauce from the clams, do not use extra soy sauce. Otherwise it will be too salty.
  • However, if you do not have the clams, you can use soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  • I find the onion and egg a very important ingredients when you fry noodles and rice.

Happy trying ^-^
