Singapore Noodle / 星洲炒米



材料

2鸡蛋

米粉

鸡肉切丁

番茄(切块)
包菜 切丝
黄姜粉适量
1大匙咖哩粉
1大匙番茄酱
洋葱切丝
青葱
盐适量

做法

1.米粉泡至软
2.锅中热油, 打入鸡蛋,然后放入洋葱炒至香,再放鸡肉,虾,和包菜,翻炒
3. 加入1大匙咖哩粉,继续翻炒15-30秒
4. 这时才把泡软的米粉加进来。然后放一点黄姜粉(让颜色看起来黄黄的)
5. 把番茄,番茄酱,盐倒入。 最后青葱。 
 

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Rice vermicelli
Chicken (diced)
Prawn (I don't have, so I didn't put)
Tomato, sliced
cabbage, sliced
turmeric powder
1tbsp curry powder
1tbsp tomato sauce
Onion, sliced
Spring Onion
salt to taste

Method:
  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in hot boiling water until soften
  2. Heat oil in the wok, add egg, then fry the onion until fragrant, then fry chicken, prawn, and cabbage.
  3. Add in 1tbsp of curry powder in the wok and fry for a 15-30 second.
  4. Add the soften rice vermicelli and a little bit of turmeric powder and keep stir frying.
  5. Finally add the sliced tomato, tomato sauce, salt and spring onion the last.
  6. Served.
