Tofu

Ingredients:
250g tofu (One small package of tofu) 
Chopped Onion
Diced chicken
1 egg
Pickled vegetable (shown in picture below)
Corn flour and water
Salt (You can also use chicken stock powder instead)
Soy sauce
Chopped spring Onion

Method:
  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
  2. Fry the egg, then onion until fragrant.
  3. Then add chicken (or whatever meat / prawn you like)
  4. Fry the pickled vegetable
  5. Add in the mixture of corn flour and water
  6. When it is nearly boiled, add in the tofu and bring it to boil.
  7. Add salt and soy sauce to taste and served with the chopped onion on the top.


材料
水豆腐一块
洋葱切碎
1 鸡蛋
鸡肉切丁
酸菜
玉米粉+
盐(也可用鸡精粉)
生抽
青葱切碎

做法

  1. 水豆腐切小块
  2. 锅中热油,快炒鸡蛋, 然后再爆香洋葱碎
  3. 加入鸡丁和酸菜,翻炒一下
  4. 加入玉米粉水,调至适当的浓稠度
  5. 当快滚时,加入切好的豆腐,煮至滚
  6. 加入调味料
  7. 最后洒上切碎的青葱
