250g tofu (One small package of tofu)
Chopped Onion
Diced chicken
1 egg
Pickled vegetable (shown in picture below)
Corn flour and water
Salt (You can also use chicken stock powder instead)
Soy sauce
Chopped spring Onion
Method:
- Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.
- Fry the egg, then onion until fragrant.
- Then add chicken (or whatever meat / prawn you like)
- Fry the pickled vegetable
- Add in the mixture of corn flour and water
- When it is nearly boiled, add in the tofu and bring it to boil.
- Add salt and soy sauce to taste and served with the chopped onion on the top.

鸡肉切丁
酸菜
玉米粉+水
盐(也可用鸡精粉)
生抽
青葱切碎
做法
- 水豆腐切小块
- 锅中热油,快炒鸡蛋, 然后再爆香洋葱碎
- 加入鸡丁和酸菜,翻炒一下
- 加入玉米粉水,调至适当的浓稠度
- 当快滚时,加入切好的豆腐,煮至滚
- 加入调味料
- 最后洒上切碎的青葱
