材料:(2人分)
2包乌冬面
1根葱
1粒番茄
鸡肉一些(切块)
虾几只
咖哩块适量
高汤适量(约750毫升)
50毫升味啉
2+1/2 大匙 日式酱油(我直接用生抽)
豆腐泡适量
做法:
1. 番茄热水烫过,去皮,切块. 乌冬面烫熟,备用。
2. 将味啉,酱油,高汤混合,煮沸。然后加入日式咖哩块和番茄煮2分钟。加入鸡肉再煮2分钟。肉熟后,加入葱段, 虾,豆腐泡再煮一下。东西熟了之后,汤的部分就完成了。
3. 碗里盛乌冬面,把2倒入碗里,就是一碗热腾腾的和风咖哩乌冬面。
Ingredients (for two):
2 Udon
1 shallot
1 tomato
chicken cut into bite size
prawn
Some Japanese curry cube
Chicken stock (750ml)
50ml mirin
1+1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Dry tofu (or you can use green beans etc)
Method:
1. Boiled tomato, peel the skin and cut into pieces. Boiled udon and keep aside.
2. Mix mirin, soy sauce and chicken stock and boil it. Then add the Japanese curry cube and tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken and cook for another 2 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, add the shallot, dried tofu and prawn and boil again till it is cooked.
3. Put the udon in a large bowl, add 2 above and that's it.
