Nando Chicken Rice with Tofu

Firstly marinated the chicken with Nando Sauce for about 1/2 hour. Then put into the air fryer / oven (I put in air fryer, because it is quicker and more juicy with this), 180degree for about 20-25 minutes.

erve with rice and mapo tofu as side dish.

只是简单的把鸡肉用Nando 酱腌制1/2小时。然后放入气炸锅/ 烤箱 (我用气炸锅,因为比较快,而且我觉得欺诈过煮出来的东西比较多汁,因为它可以锁住水分), 180度,约20-25分钟。

配上白饭和麻婆豆腐就是很好吃的一餐了。
